Pantry Challenge Week 4: Realistic Meal Prep from My Pantry for the Week
We are taking part in the Three Rivers Challenge, using this challenge as a way to rotate our food storage save money on groceries, and prove that you can eat well with realistic, budget-friendly meals. We still go to the grocery store, but we are focused on keeping our budget tiny ($150 a month).
Pantry Challenge Week 4 is here! This week I’m making 7 days of realistic pantry meals on a budget using what we already have in our deep pantry. No fancy ingredients—just frugal, family-friendly food that works on one normal income.
🥘 In this video, I’m “shopping” my shelves and freezers to create a full week of make-ahead meals. I’ll show you how I turn simple pantry staples into:
• Beef Stew using canned pantry meat
• A Stuffed French Toast Bake for easy breakfasts
• Mac ’n Maters (our frugal, comforting pasta dinner) I batch cook everything in one realistic prep session so we can reheat and relax the rest of the week (I freeze some portions for later in the week for TV dinners).
If you’re doing a pantry challenge, trying to cut your grocery bill, or just want easy pantry meal prep ideas, this video will give you tons of inspiration for using what you already have. If you enjoy realistic frugal living, pantry cooking, and meal prep that doesn’t require you to love cooking, you’re in the right place. 💚 #PantryChallenge2026 #PantryMeals #MealPrep #FrugalLiving #PantryChallenge #BudgetMeals #CookOnceEatAllWeek
